I have purchased an item that has broken. What do I do?

You have a two-year right of complaint on all purchases made on Rosendahl.com. This means that you can complain about faults and defects in your product that have occurred up to two years after purchase. The right of complaint does not cover when faults, damage or wear and tear occur due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
If there is visible damage to the package when you receive it, please contact customer service. Please include a photo of the package where the damage is visible.
