What should I do if my kettle drips/leaks?

Check that you have not filled water above the MAX mark on the product.

Feel free to empty the kettle of water and shake it well with the head down so that all the water comes away.

Be sure to dry the kettle, the kettle button and the base thoroughly so that the electronic parts do not come into contact with the water.
